IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS. All subscription fees paid to Masmow are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Annual subscription fees (paid in full upfront)
  • Cancelled subscriptions (no refund for unused time)
  • Downgraded plans (no refund for the price difference)
  • Account terminations
